For over 30 years, Evan Dobelle has been a visionary educator, college president, and public official. Dr. Dobelle has been honored nationally and internationally for his commitment to excellence and accessibility in higher education and the precedence of the liberal arts.  He serves as the 19th President of historic Westfield State, "the Peoples College", founded by Horace Mann in 1838 as Americas first institution of higher education without barrier to race, gender or economic class.
